Terms and Conditions
Please note that payment of your deposit signifies acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Please take the time to read the follow before making your initial payment.
Payment & Deposit
A 50% deposit must be paid upon booking on all orders, before any work commences. The remaining balance is required prior to items being sent to print. No orders will be sent to print, nor shipped before payment has been made in its entirety. All charges will be paid via invoice, reflecting the actual costs incurred. Any client requested changes will be billed additionally but clients will always be made aware of any price changes as early as possible. All payments must be paid within 30 days of invoicing. Each Peach Co. reserve the right to add a late payment fee of 1% per day with regards to outstanding invoices.
All quotes and estimations are valid for 30 days and may be subject to change outside of this timeframe.
Cancellation
The 50% deposit paid prior to any work commencing is a non-refundable fee which covers all design work. Should a cancellation be made once design work has began, refunds of this deposit are at the discretion of Each Peach Co. All orders already sent to print are non-refundable. In the unlikely event of your work being cancelled by Each Peach Co., a full refund will be issued.
Proofing
Each Peach Co. will provide three free rounds of proof revisions throughout the design process. If further proofs are required after this time there is a charge of £15 per proof.
It is your responsibility to make sure that the layout, wording, spelling, information and grammar are correct. Each Peach Co. will not be held responsible for any content errors including spelling mistakes. You are also responsible for checking that the numbers ordered in your final invoice are correct.
We understand that it is easy to miss mistakes, especially when you’ve been looking in detail at proofs repeatedly. We recommend having a friend or relative check over proofs and that you review your final proof both digitally and after printing out at full size.
Printing will not commence until written sign-off is received. Upon signing off a final proof, you are accepting full responsibility for the information shown. If replacements are required after approval of final proof, they will be charged for in full.
Each Peach Co. will always print as per the final proof you have approved. Unless this proof is deviated from, a refund or reprint will not be offered.
Copyright
Each Peach Co. holds copyright for all designs, stationery and artwork. You or any third party can not copy or reproduce any Each Peach Co. designs from the PDF proofs sent to you. Any improper or illegal use of the designs, stationery or artwork produced by Each Peach Co. will be pursued.
Colour Variations
Please note that samples and PDF proofs may not exactly match the final printed product due to variations in the print production process. Computer monitors and web browsers vary and proofs printed and checked on a home printer are not guaranteed to be an accurate representation of items printed professionally.
Minor variations in texture, colour, size and positioning can sometimes occur and are not classed as faulty - an allowable variation of 3mm is print industry standard.
If additionally printed items are ordered at a later date, Each Peach Co. cannot guarantee exact colour matching to the previous print run due to print press calibration.
Hand Lettering
Please note that any calligraphy or hand lettering are produced completely bespoke and therefore irregularities and variations can occur. Addresses and names to be hand lettered are required in a timely manner agreed by both parties, and in a format requested by Each Peach Co. Any reformatting or alterations made after this submission may be charged at an hourly rate of £40/hr.
Timescales
Once your booking has been secured and deposit paid, Each Peach Co. aim to get your first design proof to you within one week.
Once the final proof has been signed off, your printed and hand assembled items will be delivered within 3-5 weeks. You will be informed of a more accurate estimation at the time of your order.
Delivery
All Each Peach Co. orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcelforce. All orders are tracked and insured. Items will need to be signed for. There is a standard postage and packing charge of £20 for all orders. Local collection is welcome but must be pre-arranged. Each Peach Co. accepts no responsibility for items lost in the post or delayed due to circumstances outside our control. Unfortunately we cannot offer international shipping at this moment.
Promotion
Each Peach Co. reserves the right to include photos of final stationery and designed goods in portfolios including online marketing, social media and sample packs. If you would prefer for you photos not to be included, please let us know.
Faulty Goods
Please check all items upon receipt. Although extremely rare, any damage or miscounted stationery items must be reported within two days of delivery.
Privacy
We will only ever ask you for the information we need for your order and shipping. All information collected from you is confidential and will only be seen by Each Peach Co. and our trusted printing partners when necessary. Your data will be deleted by Each Peach Co. 90 days after the final job completion, including addresses, guest lists and wording for your stationery. Invoices will be kept for tax regulations.
